Because our world-class pet resort is located within San Antonio’s premier emergency veterinary clinic facility, Becker Animal Hospital, you can be sure that your pet will be healthy, safe, and well taken care of. In fact, we’ll give you a courtesy call within one day of your pet's arrival to keep you up-to-date on their well being. And you don't have to take our word for it: you can view your pet 24 hours a day via online pet boarding cam!

Our veterinarians are on-duty around the clock, seven days a week, three-hundred and sixty-five days of the year. And both the pet hospital and the pet boarding facilities are open for pick-up, drop-off and medical care 24/7 with absolutely no extra charges for after-hours care or service!
